• De quien contacta a nuestros clientes: nombre, teléfono, correo y el mensaje que deja. En los servicios de chat, también la conversación completa y el idioma en que escribe.

• De quien firma un documento con nosotros: nombre escrito, correo, fecha y hora, dirección IP, tipo de dispositivo y una huella digital del documento. Esto es lo que hace válida una firma electrónica y no se usa para nada más.

Únicamente para operar el servicio: recibir el mensaje, traducirlo si hace falta, entregárselo al negocio y avisarle para que responda. Nada más.

4. La traducción automáticaAutomatic translation

Algunos de nuestros servicios traducen mensajes para que una familia y un negocio se entiendan aunque no hablen el mismo idioma. Para eso, el texto del mensaje pasa por un servicio de traducción automática (Google Translate o MyMemory). Se envía solo el texto, sin el nombre ni el teléfono de quien escribe.

Some of our services translate messages so that a family and a business can understand each other even when they do not share a language. To do that, the text of the message passes through an automatic translation service (Google Translate or MyMemory). Only the text is sent — never the sender's name or phone number.

Each business that hires our services is responsible for complying with the laws that apply to it regarding its own customers' data, and for having its own notices where applicable. We provide the tool; the relationship with families is theirs.

9. CambiosChanges

Si cambiamos este aviso, cambiamos también la fecha de arriba. Si el cambio es importante, avisamos por correo a los clientes activos.
